This course is an excellent workout. Every 2 weeks you will learn a brand new routine that you can use on the dance floor!!

Hip hop dance is sweeping the world in music, movies and clubs. Now you can learn these hot new dance moves, burn calories, and have fun doing it in our Hip Hop Fit class. Learn easy to follow routines and enjoy a heart pumping challenge with a proper warm-up, muscle stretches and lots of cardio to make you sweat.

  • Learn some hot hip hop dance moves and leave the class with a routine to practice at home.
  • Dance to todays hottest music as well as old school classics.
  • Watch your own dance style and training improve and your performance technique develop the more classes you take.
